Returns & Exchanges

At Kikwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street and clubwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments securely in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
